Start a project

You become the owner and get a join code to share. A new project is a draft: it takes no uploads until its project frame is set and you open it, both in the owner console you land on next.

Project name

Project address 3 to 40 lower-case letters, digits and single hyphens. It becomes /p/your-address and can never be changed.

Target

Description (optional) Plain text, shown on the project page. Up to 2000 characters.

Filters

What the project collects. Contributors map their own filter names to these.

Colour preview The combined preview on the project page. Simple channel mapping, no post-processing.

Visibility During the pilot a public project behaves as unlisted.

Licence of the gold masters

Your display name in this project 2 to 40 characters. Other members and the public leaderboard see this, never your email.

Country (optional) Two-letter code. Leave it empty to share no country.

Contribution rules (the defaults are sensible; you can change all of these later)

What a frame has to be to count. Frames that break a rule are refused with a reason the contributor can read. Quality limits, gold schedule and notifications are in the console.

Project frame (optional now)

Where on the sky every contribution is registered. It must be set before the project can open and is locked once the first frame is accepted. You can enter it here by number, or set it later on a sky view in the owner console. Right ascension and declination accept degrees or sexagesimal (05 40 59).
